HBC, Inc is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support for all of HBC’s services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, over-the-phone and walk-in support for all of HBC’s services, assisting with internet installation, computer repair, and on-site trouble shooting of HBC internet services.
Qualified candidates will have a high school degree or equivalent and a thorough understanding of HBC’s services to provide technical support to internal and external customers. This position requires strong technical and interpersonal skills and offers a flexible schedule. On-call and overtime hours are common. A valid driver’s license is required.
